5 Hahn Place is in a location that straddles St. Lawrence Market and the Distillery District.  Its family sized units, located in a livable, vibrant and diverse neighbourhood, provide an important place in the housing continuum of St. Clare’s portfolio.

5 Hahn Place was developed in the early 1980s, and went into receivership shortly after.  After more than two decades of neglect, the ownership of the property was transferred to St. Clare’s.  St. Clare’s has been extensively remediating and updating the structure, services, and interiors since, to bring it up to acceptable and current standards.  We consider It a significant renewal project that will soon be another of our contributions to the City’s sustainable affordable housing stock.
