Occupied in 2012, 1120 Ossington is located in a quiet neighborhood at a bus stop for easy transportation to the Bloor Subway line. It is an excellent example of small scale affordable housing integrated naturally into the streetscape.

1120 Ossington Avenue was declared a surplus church by the United Church and converted to affordable housing. There are now 20 uniquely designed apartments occupied within the original footprint of the church.
